Refund policy

Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit ONLY or exchanged for a different color/size. We will not issue a refund to the original payment method. Any product that was on sale or clearance is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once an online order is placed to ship, we are unable to cancel the order for any reason. If a return is going to be shipped, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the order. If any of these items are shipped back to us, we will ask for the customer to pay to ship them back or we will donate the items to a local charity if we do not hear from the customer within 7 days.

 

Price Adjustments

Due to our stock changing daily, we are unable to offer any sort of price adjustment if an item goes on sale after purchased or if a coupon code isn't entered online.

 

What do I do if my order is wrong, an item I purchased online is out of stock, or an item is defective?

How long do I have to send an item back?

We understand that online shopping can be hard so we will allow you to return an unworn/unwashed/unaltered item for store credit within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be received to us within 30 days to be eligible for a store credit.

 

What is the process for exchanging an item?

Online orders that are eligible for return may also be exchanged for the same item in a different size/color. If the exchange request item is sold out a store credit will be issued. There will be a shipping fee for all size exchange orders.

 

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

It takes up to 5-7 business days for us to process returns. You will receive a confirmation email with your store credit coupon code once it has been processed.

Please keep your tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.

 

Where do I send my returns and what do I need to include?

All online purchases can be returned in-store. If you are unable to return to our store in Paris, TX...

MAKE SURE TO ENCLOSE A NOTE OR YOUR PURCHASE ORDER SLIP WITH THE ITEM.

We are not liable for items lost in transit when sent back to us as a return. We have the right to refuse any package that is not eligible for a return.

All shoes must be returned in original packaging. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no return will be processed.
